It's the best prepared ribeye I've had this year. The restaurant is costly for a restaurant in Victoria. But not very expensive for a similar restaurant in the USA, we thought it was a good value. The only negative experience was when the server who attended us kept emphasizing the cost of the steaks, maybe she thought we couldn't afford to eat there?? . In our defense, we are from the USA visiting family here and the humidity and heat is too much out of our comfort zone. After spending the day at the pool to cool off from the heat we dressed in shorts and sandals for our dinner outing, maybe this made us look "poor", we had a good laugh about it and still left a generous tip anyways because despite that small incident the food and service was good. We'll likely return to this gem of a restaurant in future visits. ”
